Jason Clayton
Managing Director
Jason is a hands on Director with a diverse background, from analysis to project management.
Jason is a natural problem solver and loves getting stuck in to all our projects ensuring the best outcome is delivered for our clients.
Hayley Clayton
Assistant Director and Surveyor
Hayley is our qualified Surveyor with a passion for historical buildings and soon to gain her chartered status with RICS.
Prior to joining GM Lincolnshire she was a development officer for the National Maritime Museum, worked extensively with National Trust Scotland overseeing projects on historic buildings and works as a surveyor for AtkinsRealis.
Phill Thorp
Chief of Engineering
Phill has over 50 years of experience in engineering.
His background is in mechanical and electrical engineering, a former CAA registered engineer. Prior to joining GM Lincolnshire Phill managed a fleet of Beechcraft aircraft for a private client.
If Phill doesn't know how to fix it, it can't be fixed.
Chris T
Gardens and Landscaping
Chris has been progressing towards his NPTC level 2 qualifications and will be heading up the Arboriculture division of GM Lincolnshire.
